A well-designed and seamlessly executed experiential training makes a significant impact on organization and employees. The purpose is to drive learning through reflecting on what is being done. The philosophy of implementation is to impart knowledge and techniques that enables one to act, think and be innovative as a result of going through a deep engaging learning experience with both the intellectual and emotional side of learning.
