The trip to HK & macau went of well and team had a good time. We managed to do a considerable sightseeing and itinerary was worked reasonably well. Overall it was memorable trip especially being the first international one for the team.

• We waited for close to 3 hours in HK airport onroute to Macau..that should be reworked going forward and some “element” can be included or a preparation for good breakfast
• Madame taussads’s in HK was a bore and it would interesting to instead take the team to a higher ground or something better
• We are aware that English is a problem in that world and tour guides were very friendly...but if possible we should get better English speaking guides
• Macau hotel was superb! Courtyard Marriott was also good
• Indian Food was ok as a team feedback but south teams wanted a slight better menu to include sambar etc
• Disneyland was a excellent experience and team were in absolute wow!

Special mention about Rajesh who was very helpful to the team and coordinated well...he expectedly so became a friend to the team through the tour and managed everyone inspite of many last minute requests. Special thanks to our friend Nikhil and the Bharti Axa team.

Let me thank you for arranging one of the best trip I have ever gone. Last two years, am attending all Ipru conventions,but this was indeed really orgnaised, maximum days, filled with activities and entertainment, lot of free time to shop around, best flight(jet is indeed the best carrier to travel outbound than any intl carrier). No confusion, no mess up, friendly tour managers. I personally could not say bye due to lack of time on the last day, Australia was the next best, So all the best for future assignments especially to Leisure Tours, because you are way ahead of ur immediate comepetetor. Unfortunately, I will miss it, since , RMBB level we cannot have any further trips I Thanks for beautiful one week. MFHF 111, there will be many qualifiers, since all attended MFHF1 will be the best ambassodors!!

Hi all, Its been some time since we have come back from the excellent trip of Australia but the remembrances are still there and will remain for a long time to come ( At least till we can go for another one together !!), thanks to the wonderful company that we had and all the flawless arrangements made by Naveen. This trip had the beauty of the mountains, the denseness of the rain forests, the depth of the sea ( some of us even went and touched it !!), the openness of the skies and the hard work in the sun (well the balloon ride was after all a memorable experience), the climb of a lifetime and fun of the theme parks. There was casino for the gentleman which gave enough time to the ladies for the ever so popular chats and gossips....and I am sure the very lovely kids also had their share of fun ...I really regret not taking my kids. Not to miss all the exquisite Indian dinners (Although Naveen still owes me dal-ka-halwa). I would like to thank all of you for making it sooooo much fun. Please extend my thanks to your spouses. Hi Naveen, Would like to compliment on the behalf of the group that all was very well planned off & had an out of world experience for the group. Bangkok Pattaya certainly is a nice tourist place but the arrangemnet & smooth check In ,check out ,Indian meals for the veggies added to the Fun. Chivas has helped all of us to bag lifelong memories. Richard perticularly was extremely patient. Few inputs that may help you.. Spend more time in Bangkok or equal time in bangkok/Pattaya. Felt the need of an interpreter in Pattaya. Ahaar's Food was appreciaited the most. Overall an exciting and a remarkable experience from the time of getting the tickets & Visa done with the help of Sumit Kaul to Richard/Oddie. Mehmood's contribution of silently managing the activities can't be ignored.( He doesn't talk much ) Naveen, please treasure emp like Sumit kaul/Richard. Sumit kaul was up till 27th midnight & online with me to ensure uninterrupted group check in . HATS OFF. Last but the least , the way Richard ccould manage the panic that Rajiv Jain underwent due to the baggage left at the Hotel Bell desk in bangkok is simply unbeat-able. It certainly needs a mature person like him to manage it that way. Incidentally on tha last day, as you are aware of , unfortunately two of the Delhi girls of my group were caught shoplifting in the BIG C shopping Mall of Bangkok. Is it possible for you to throw some light as to what in reality happenned there with them.
