YOGA AND MEDITATION PRACTICE

These exercises help in lowering blood pressure, heart rate and levels of the stress hormone. Yoga movements and poses help improve body strength and rejuvenates the digestive process. These poses are designed to impact various muscles and are also said to massage the internal organs.

As part of the MICE programme the basic yoga workshop enables learning poses and meditation techniques, which are then practiced to rejuvenate participants for the day ahead.
